Who manages this space

EBNN is the personal website of Ebnn, connected to ELVNX / 11X. For ELVNX Team legal matters, contact legal@11x.dpdns.org. The ELVNX Team manages authentication, the separate EBNN database and storage configuration, and technical operations. Ebnn and authorized editors manage the public profile. Privacy and technical requests can be sent to connect@ebnn.me and referred to the ELVNX Team where needed.

This notice covers www.ebnn.me and its ebnn-me.vercel.app test deployment. Linked services have their own privacy practices.

Public browsing and email

Public pages do not require sign-in. The site has no visitor accounts, newsletter registration, payments or public upload form. Vercel hosts the website and processes connection information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time for delivery, diagnostics and abuse prevention. The application does not configure additional visitor analytics or advertising trackers.

Email links open your own mail application. Sending a message shares your email address, message and attachments with the receiving mailbox. We use these details to respond and keep necessary correspondence.

Authentication managed by ELVNX

Editors use Discord OAuth through Better Auth. Requested permissions provide Discord identity, avatar and email, plus member information needed to check the required ELVNX server role. The website does not collect your Discord password or read Discord messages.

The ELVNX Team administers this authentication configuration and the database. Better Auth stores editor identity, linked-account information, encrypted Discord OAuth tokens, session records and temporary verification state in the separate EBNN Supabase project. Essential session and OAuth security cookies support sign-in.

Any current ELVNX member with the designated ebnn.me role can edit the same shared bio. Every protected editor action validates its database session. Successful Discord membership and role checks are retained for at most 60 seconds, so removing the role can take up to one minute to block editing. Sessions expire after 30 minutes without renewal, and inactive editor tabs automatically sign out. Operational access is used for maintenance, support and security.

Database, uploads and public content

Supabase supplies database and storage infrastructure managed for this site by the ELVNX Team. Stored data includes the shared profile, social links, music selection, uploaded media, request-limit records and minimal editor audit metadata. This is a separate project from AVRXT, configured in Mumbai; that does not guarantee all provider processing occurs only in India.

Uploads receive server-generated random UUID filenames and format-specific extensions. Original filenames and device paths are not recorded in application media metadata. The server validates accepted formats, size and file signatures. Verified media becomes publicly accessible before profile publication: only upload material intended for public sharing.

Publishing a managed avatar replacement or removal deletes the previous stored object unless another current bio element references it. Failed cleanup is queued for retry on later publication or server maintenance. Removing other items from a bio does not necessarily erase their uploaded files; contact us for further removal.

Presence, music and optional widgets

ELVNX bot presence is read from presence.11x.dpdns.org for the selected Discord ID. That member must opt in themselves. Public status and activity refresh while the page is visible, without building a presence history. Missing sharing consent is distinct from offline status. Members can revoke sharing in the bot.

Editor music searches send a song or artist query to the YouTube Data API; results are cached for up to one hour. The landing-page music card may open a Spotify playlist selected by the editor; Spotify receives ordinary connection information when you follow that link. Selected track details are stored in the bio and thumbnails load from YouTube image servers. Pressing Play loads YouTube playback, including when only the music card is displayed. YouTube receives connection and playback information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. Stop removes the player from this page.

Weather, if enabled, requests Open-Meteo conditions for editor-selected coordinates, not the visitor device location. The clock uses India Standard Time. Fonts and default artwork are hosted with this site. The site itself does not set advertising cookies; external playback services have their own behavior.

Providers and disclosures

Vercel provides hosting; Supabase provides the database and media storage; Discord handles OAuth and server membership; Better Auth is the authentication software. The ELVNX bot supplies opted-in presence, while Google/YouTube and Open-Meteo receive requests when their features are used. Email is handled by the services used to send and receive it.

Operational information may be processed in countries where these providers operate. Information may be disclosed as required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address abuse, maintain the service or protect legal rights. Joining a Discord community does not authorize access to a visitor account or device.

Retention and safeguards

Editor sessions expire after 30 minutes without renewal during active use. Inactive editor tabs automatically sign out after 30 minutes. Successful role checks are retained for at most 60 seconds and are removed with the session on sign-out. Expired authentication state, old rate-limit records and audit records older than 90 days can be removed by a manual server maintenance command; a scheduled cleanup job is not configured in this release. Current profile content and necessary editor account records remain until changed, removed or handled through a valid request. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant service settings.

Access controls, server-only credentials, encrypted OAuth tokens and certificate-verified database connections help protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security. Copies of public content already held by others may remain after removal. Email correspondence is kept as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations.

Choices and privacy requests

You can browse without an editor account, decline playback, avoid external links, sign out of the editor and revoke your own presence sharing through the ELVNX bot. Discord application authorization can be managed in your Discord account settings. Signing out does not delete stored account records.

Email connect@ebnn.me for access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern. Include enough context to locate the relevant records. Proportionate verification may be needed to protect against unauthorized requests. Do not send passwords, tokens or identity documents in the initial message. Requests are reviewed under applicable requirements; some records may need to be retained for legitimate legal or security reasons.
