The website and ELVNX Team

EBNN is the personal space of Ebnn. For ELVNX Team legal matters, contact legal@11x.dpdns.org. The ELVNX Team manages authentication, the separate EBNN database and storage configuration, and technical operations. Ebnn and authorized editors maintain public profile content. The Powered by ELVNX / 11X credit identifies the supporting community; it does not transfer ownership of personal content or third-party services.

These terms cover www.ebnn.me and its ebnn-me.vercel.app test deployment. No purchases, paid subscriptions or paid services are offered through this site. Contact connect@ebnn.me with questions.

Editor access and shared control

Editors sign in using Discord OAuth through Better Auth. Access requires current ELVNX membership and the designated ebnn.me role. Every member holding that role can manage the same shared public bio. It is not a separate private profile for each editor. This role does not grant website ownership, database-console access, hosting access or provider credentials.

The ELVNX Team administers authentication and database access. Protect your Discord account and session credentials, and use only permissions assigned to you. Access may be restricted after role removal, abuse, security concerns or maintenance. Publication version checks help prevent conflicting edits.

Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful browsing, link sharing and communication. Do not harass people, impersonate others, upload private or infringing material, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, overload services or misuse integrations.

Do not post passwords or secret keys in public fields or messages. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through the Security page without accessing data belonging to someone else.

Content, uploads and ownership

Publish only material you own or have permission to share. Fonts, software, logos, music and other third-party content remain subject to their owners rights and licenses. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of EBNN or ELVNX branding.

Verified uploads are publicly accessible, including before profile publication. Random filenames do not make public files private. Publishing a managed avatar replacement or removal triggers cleanup unless that file is still referenced elsewhere in the bio. Contact connect@ebnn.me for other stored-file removal requests.

Personal browsing and link sharing are welcome. Contact us before commercial reuse of original branding or substantial original content. A rights complaint should identify the material, page URL and enough information to assess the concern.

Music, presence and community services

The site uses YouTube API Services for song search and embedded playback. By using its YouTube functionality, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Availability depends on YouTube, the video owner, your region and browser behavior. Custom song labels do not alter the selected video or ownership of its content.

ELVNX bot presence only publishes details a selected member has opted to share. Members must enable or revoke their own sharing; editors cannot consent for another person. Displayed status is informational and may be delayed.

Joining ELVNX through its Discord invite is optional and subject to Discord terms and community rules. An invitation does not grant private roles, editor permissions or ownership. Other linked services and optional widgets have their own policies and availability limits.

Contact and data requests

Email links open your own mail application. A message does not create a confidential professional relationship or guarantee a response or outcome. Information is handled as described in the Privacy page. Send corrections, account-data requests, content-removal requests or technical concerns to connect@ebnn.me for review and referral to the ELVNX Team where needed.

Availability and responsibility

The site is provided as available. Content, features and integrations may change or be paused, and uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be promised. External providers may experience outages or impose their own limits.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Ebnn and the ELVNX Team are not responsible for losses arising from interruptions, external services or misuse of this website. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
